Damage Insurance Claim Process
Step 1: Call at 0172-5101366 for an immediate intimation of the damage (within 48 hrs of the incident).Step 2: Get your "Claim Intimation Number" (CIN) Registered.
Step 3: Get repair estimate from Authorized Service Center on the letter head of the center with proper seal and stamp/ job-sheet.
Step 4: Send the repair estimate (job sheet copy) along with claim intimation no., invoice copy, 3 Photos of the damaged handset (1 photo showing IMEI number clearly and other 2 showing damage) and 1 ID proof through your registered email id to goldkeyinsurance.in.
Step 5: Hard copies of these above mentioned documents will be collected from you for claim approval.
Step 6: Post Approval, get the Repair work done from the authorized service center.
Cashless: You will be give a time and date by the authorized center for pick-up.
Non- Cashless: Courier the original discharge voucher, invoice copy and filled NEFT form with in 7 days of completion of repair to Gold key at the address mentioned on top left of this page for reimbursement.
Documents Required (Scanned Copies):
- Photocopy of Invoice in Claimant's Name
- Self Attested Photo ID Proof of Claimant
- Repair estimate from Authorized Service Centre only, on letter head of the centre with proper seal and stamp/ job-sheet.
- 3 Photos of the damaged handset (1 photo showing IMEI No. and other 2 showing damage)
- Insurance Claim Form (* marked are all mandatory information).
- Claim Pre-Receipt Voucher - Bank Details Form (* marked are all mandatory information).
- Cancelled Cheque showing your account details (Including IFSC Codeand MICR Code).
On receiving the above documents by E-mail, decision on acceptability of the claim and quantum will be communicated to claimant by E-mail within 24 hours on any working day.
If claim is approved on REPAIR BASIS, following documents are to be sent to GIB within 15 calendar days of completion of repair to the insurance company, failing which insurer reserves right of claim process on non standard basis.
- Photocopy of Invoice in Claimant's Name.

- Cash Receipt or Invoice of Repair from Service Centre for the repaired handset.
- 3 Photos of the damaged handset (1 photo showing IMEI No. and other 2 showing damage)
- Insurance Claim Form (* marked are all mandatory information).
- Claim Pre-Receipt Voucher - Bank Details Form (* marked are all mandatory information).
- Cancelled Cheque showing your account details (Including IFSC Codeand MICR Code).
- Incident Report
- Covering Letter
- Original Bill on Claimant's Name
- Damaged Handset
- Photocopy of Photo ID Proof of Claimant
- "Handset Not Repairable Letter" from Authorized Service Centre only, in letter head of the centre with proper seal and stamp
- Insurance Claim Form
- Claim Pre-Receipt Voucher (Bank Details Form)
- Cancelled Cheque showing your account details (Including IFSC CodeandMICR Code).
- Incident Report
Bank Details of Insured (Of Claimant's Name):
- Account Name (as per Bank's record)
- Bank Name & Branch Address
- Savings Account Number
- MICR CODE
- IFSC CODE
- Cancelled Cheque showing your account details (Including IFSC Codeand MICR Code).
CLAIM SETTLEMENT TAT: 10 Working Days after submission of final documents.
Note:
- For timely processing and settlement of your claim you are advised to send "complete set of documents duly filled and signed" within 15 calendar days of generating the claim intimation number
